European Central Bank Governing Council member Peter Kažimír said on Monday that the next move will be a rate cut and it is "within our reach". However, he warned against acting hastily without having more clarity about the medium term as it could derail the progress made on inflation.
The official also noted that he is confident that the exact timing - whether in April or June - is secondary to the decision’s impact but added that the latter seems more probable.
