Company news: Barrick (GOLD) quarterly earnings top analysts’ estimates

Barrick (GOLD) reported Q4 FY2023 earnings of $0.27 per share (versus $0.13 per share in Q4 FY2022), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.21 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $3.059 bln (+10.3% y/y), missing analysts’ consensus estimate of $3.130 bln.

The company also announced a dividend of $0.10/share for Q4 FY2023 and a new share repurchase program of up to $1.0 bln.
