Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) reported Q1 FY2021 earnings of $0.48 per share (versus $0.63 per share in Q1 FY2023), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.45 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $6.755 bln (-13.5% y/y), missing analysts’ consensus estimate of $7.089 bln.

The company also issued downside guidance for Q2 FY2024, seeing EPS of $0.36-0.41 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.45 and revenues of $6.6-7.0 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $7.12 bln.

For the full FY2024, Hewlett Packard Enterprise issued in-line guidance, seeing EPS of $1.82-1.92 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.92 and revenues of flat to +2% y/y or $29.135-29.718 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $29.45 bln.

HPE fell to $14.39 (-5.52%) in pre-market trading.
