Company news: Intel (INTC) quarterly results beat analysts’ estimates
Intel (INTC) reported Q4 FY2023 earnings of $0.54 per share (versus $0.10 per share in Q4 FY2022), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.45 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $15.400 bln (+9.7% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $15.159 bln.
However, the company issued downside guidance for Q1 FY2024, seeing EPS of $0.13 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.34 and revenues of $12.2-$13.2 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $14.24 bln. In addition, it said it expects Q1 FY2024 gross margin of 44.5%, down from 48.8% in Q4 FY2023.
INTC fell to $44.18 (-10.84%) in pre-market trading.
