European Central Bank vice president Luis de Guindos noted on Monday that the latest bank lending survey shows certain stabilization.
The official also said that inflation risks are to the downside and he thinks the disinflation process can continue.
In addition, de Guindos expressed the view that China doesn't worry the ECB's policymakers due to financial contagion but through indirect impact on growth.
