The U.S. Energy
Information Administration (EIA) informed on Thursday that natural gas inventories rose by 55 billion
cubic feet (bcf) in the week that ended September 27. This marked the seventh straight weekly build in natural gas inventories.
Economists had predicted an advance of 57 bcf.
The previous
week saw an increase of 47 bcf.
