Company news: Visa’s (V) quarterly results top analysts’ estimates

Visa (V) reported Q2 FY2024 earnings of $2.51 per share (versus $2.09 per share in Q2 FY2023), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.44 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $8.775 bln (+9.9% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $8.621 bln.

The company also said it expects Q3 FY2024 net revenue growth of low double digits and the full FY2024 growth of low double digits. Q3 FY2024 EPS growth is expected at the high end of low double digits and the full FY2024 growth of low teens.

V fell to $39.63 (-0.18%) in pre-market trading.
