Company news: Nvidia’s (NVDA) quarterly results beat analysts’ forecasts
Nvidia (NVDA) reported Q2 FY2024 earnings of $0.68 per share (versus $2.70 per share in Q2 FY2023), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.65 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $30.040 bln (+122.4% y/y), strongly beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $28.737 bln.
The company also issued upside revenue guidance for Q3 FY2024 of $31.85-33.15 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $31.71 bln and approved an additional $50.0 billion in share repurchase authorization without expiration.
NVDA fell to $123.34 (-1.80%) in pre-market trading.
