The
latest report from the Ministry of industry trade and tourism revealed that
business confidence in Spain improved in the final month of 2023.
According
to the report, Business Confidence Index increased to -6.8 points in December
from an upwardly revised -9.4 points (from -9.6 points) in November. This was
the highest reading in four months but remained negative for the 18th straight
month, indicating pessimistic perceptions.
