European Central Bank Governing Council member Pablo Hernandez de Cos said on Tuesday that the ECB's policymakers are confident that inflation is returning to the 2% target, and the next move will be a cut.
However, the official added that he thinks it's wise not to be precise on the timing of the move, noting that the data should be seen first.
