Company news: Oracle (ORCL) quarterly earnings beat analysts’ expectations

Oracle (ORCL) reported Q3 FY2024 earnings of $1.41 per share (versus $1.22 per share in Q3 FY2023), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.38 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $13.280 bln (+7.1% y/y), roughly in line with analysts’ consensus estimate of $13.286 bln.

The company also said it expects Q4 FY2024 total revenue growth of +4-6% y/y and sees Q4 FY2024 EPS of $1.62-1.66 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.64.

ORCL rose to $129.26 (+13.26%) in pre-market trading.
