Eurozone’s wage growth reportedly eased to 4.3% in Q2
Bloomberg
reported that its calculations based on Eurostat data issued Friday revealed that compensation
per employee in the Eurozone increased by 4.3% y-o-y in the second quarter of
2024, following a 4.8% y-o-y gain in the first quarter.
The European
Central Bank’s June forecasts suggested a pay growth of 5.1% y-o-y for the
second quarter.
